From I-94:  Take the Gladstone Exit #72, drive 1/2 mile north on 100th 1/2 Ave. SW.  Turn east on Hwy. #10 and drive 1/2 mile.  Turn north on 100th Ave. SW for 6 miles.  Take the curve to the west on 30th St. SW for 1/2 mile.  Here the road will curve back to the north changing into 98th Ave. SW.  Take a left turn at the curve onto the section line road going west. Drive a 1/2 mile. This will put you at the SE corner of the property.
