Auction Note:   Winger Cheese began in 1961 and became the largest cheese plant in North Dakota.  Spanning over a 30 year period, this family owned business grew from a few thousand lbs of production to well over 19 million lbs. annually.  The commercial building will be for sale at public auction on September 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.  This concrete structure has over 9,000 sq. ft. of commercial storage, 1,000 AMP electric, 22 ft. sidewalls and an outside loading dock.  Additional storage space will be available for sale to the new owner if desired.
