Independent measurement shows approx. 2,000 ton of silage. Steffes Group, Inc. encourages all potential bidders to make their own onsite inspection & measurements and bid accordingly.
Silage will be sold lump sum price. 5% Buyer’s Premium.
Silage is located on Tract #2, 2401 240th Street, New London, IA.
Buyer will have until October 8, 2019 for removal of silage.
