Property Information: This facility has an above ground semi scale built new in 2007. This is an outdoor scale with outside display, and computer interface to software. Computers for financial office, scale and manager’s office are included. All storage bins are filled by legs dumping into grain pumps installed in 2013 and 2014. The 425,000 bushel capacity storage is highlighted by a 200,000 bushel bin with side tap and bottom unload for cleanout. 2013 saw the installation of a new distributor on the dry leg that is able to fill all bins at the facility. 2-30,000 bushel bins on the east end of the elevator were also fitted with new overhead grain pumps in 2014. The elevator has an outside dump pit, and an inside dump pit. There are three overhead bins for semi load out. Grain drying is with a Dry Mor dryer, serviced by a leg from a 50,000 bushel bin equipped with a power sweep. Fuel supply to the dryer is natural gas.
