Building & all equipment (as previously offered privately) will be offered as one unit (Real Estate, Building, Restaurant & Ice Cream Store Equipment, Coolers, Booths, Everything) at beginning of auction at 4:00 PM.
If total package doesn’t meet minimum bid required by seller, all of the equipment & inventory will be sold individually. After the equipment is sold, we will again offer just the Building & Real Estate at auction. (The equipment will already have been sold & will not be included with the Building & Real Estate at the end of the auction)
Real Estate Terms: 15% down payment due upon end of auction with the remainder due on or before August 1, 2016 at closing. A warranty deed will be supplied.
