Auctioneer’s Note:  Steffes Group has again been blessed with selling numerous homes of several local estates and local people.  The personal property will be featured in this live auction event held at the Steffes Group auction facility in Mt. Pleasant, IA.

Ring #1 will sell inside the West side of the building with racks of tools, then onto pallets of garden tools and some furniture.

Ring #1 will stop at approx.. 12:30 pm to sell the Vehicles & Snowplow.

Ring #2 will sell inside the East side of the building with racks of antiques & household items, then onto the Antique furniture.
