Notebooms will also be offering financing OAC through JD credit.  Potential borrowers will need to qualify before June 26, 2017 at 12:00.  Borrowers will need to call Notebooms for terms and conditions.

South Dakota Sales Tax – Any machinery sold in the State of South Dakota is taxable unless the buyer has a resale number.  If the buyer does not have an resale number they are subject to South Dakota sales tax unless they take possession of the equipment outside of the State of South Dakota.  That means that in order for us to take the sales tax off the buyers invoice that they will need to provide us with a 3rd party bill of lading.  If the buyer doesn’t hire a 3rd party and they take possession in the State of SD they will be subject to SD sales tax.
