AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: After many years of dedicated service to the food and beverage industry in Grand Forks, Al has sold his building and is retiring.  The new owner will not be utilizing the building for restaurant purposes so all restaurant, bar & catering items will be sold to the highest bidder.  This has been a popular, clean and well run operation that will close its’ doors on May 16^th.
