Out of area personal checks must be with the approval of the Real Estate Auction Company in advance of the Auction. The balance due upon closing in approx. 30-45 days. All other parts of the sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure their own necessary financing approval prior to the auction. In the event both Tracts are sold to two individual bidders a survey will be provided by the seller. A 5% Buyer?s Premium applies which will be added to the final price to become the purchase and contract price. Sale is subject to owner confirmation.
