OPENS:  TUESDAY, MAY 3

CLOSES:  TUESDAY, MAY 10, BEGINNING AT 7:00PM

PREVIEW: 

Fri, May 6 9AM-3PM;  Sat, May 7 9AM-1PM;  Mon, May 9 9AM-3PM;  Tue, May 10 12PM-4PM

 

LOADOUT:  

Wed, May 11 – Sat, May 14 9AM-5PM;  Sun, May 15 10AM-4PM;  Mon, May 16 – Fri, May 20 9AM-5PM,

After May 20th, loadout by scheduled time.  For appointment, contact FM Towing at 701.277.1263. All vehicles will be accessed a $20.00 gate fee after May 20th

• paid receipt required for loadout  
• loader assistance is available for impound cars
• loader operator is not liable for damage due to picking up cars
• no double stacking vehicles 
• loadout staff is not responsible for strapping or securing items

 

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Please note all vehicles will have a ND Impound Bill of Sale or ND Issued Vehicle Title to transfer title.  Out-of-state purchasers receiving ND Impound Bill of Sale, and wishing to title vehicle in their home state, must first transfer bill of sale to title in North Dakota.  Please retain receipt following transfer to show proof of sales tax payment.  Buyers requesting duplicate ND Impound Bill of Sale will be charged.
