To celebrate their 100th anniversary, First District Association is partnering with the Litchfield Downtown Council to put on Downtown Cowtown. Each cow is uniquely painted by local non-profits and businesses and will be displayed throughout Litchfield all summer. Cows will be auctioned off with proceeds going to non=profit associated with each cow, A special thank you to Litchfield non-profits and business who painted the cows.
