AUCTIONEER?S NOTE:? Available at auction is this turnkey cattle operation. Included is 320+/- acres of crop land currently in pasture, the ranch house, a complete line of haying, feeding and livestock support equipment, and 300+/- head of Commercial Black Angus Heifers. In addition to that there will be 500+/- 5?x5? round bales of mixed grass hay sold. The 320+/- acres will be available in multiple tracts and features quality pastures, several feedlots, a creek that runs through the property, wooded acreage, and a buidling site which includes the house.? CATTLE

Selling 300 head of Fancy commercial Angus heifers, AI bred early June for spring calving to War Party and Capitalist. Schiefelbein Angus bulls were used for clean-up and removed on September 1. These heifers have been vaccinated with:

Cattle will be sold in small groups with buyers having choice from each group.? They will be available for shipment to any surrounding states immediately after the sale. A licensed vet will be on site sale day to handle health certificates and permits at the seller?s expense.

Cattle are rotationally grazed, well-grown, and in excellent condition. This is a very uniform set, all black-hided with approx. 5% baldy.
