RON & MARY LOU BUSSMANN FARM RETIREMENT DAIRY CATTLE AUCTION

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: If you need quality Holstein Dairy replacements, here is your chance. Ron and Mary Lou are retiring from the dairy business and will be selling Real Estate September 25 at 1:00PM, Cattle September 26 at 10:00AM and Equipment December 6 at 10:00AM with the help of Steffes Group. Selling 700 total head. 

The cattle sale will consist of 330 milking and dry commercial Holstein cows, freestall and parlor trained. The herd has been heavily culled and only quality cows remain to be sold. Nearly 200 head will be fresh or due within 60 days of the sale. All ages of replacement heifers will also sell. Approximately 100 bred heifers, 100 confirmed open breeding age heifers and 100 heifer calves right down to the newborns. All cattle are state identified and eligible to go anywhere. Trucking is available and vet will be on site to write health papers. DHIA records, breeding dates, due dates, inventories, and herd statistics available.
