Inspection prior to bidding is buyers responsibility. No representation is made as to condition or authenticity. All items, are sold AS-IS with no warranty whatsoever. Bidders are responsible for assessing item condition prior to placing a bid. We strongly recommend personal inspection of items prior to bidding. Purchaser buys entirely on his own examination. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him of all material facts before placing a bid. All sales are final. Absolutely no adjustments of price or refunds given.
Method of Payment
Settlement must be made upon notification of winning bid as listed in auction catalog. Cash, wire transfer (when accompanied by $30 fee) personal or business checks will also be accepted with proper ID. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Removal:
All items must be removed within 7 business days. Check Auction Catalog for specific load out assistance days.

Buyers must bid from their internet devices as the NDDOT auction site will not be open for onsite bidding due to COVID mitigation efforts and social distancing requirements. This will be a live auction streamed through our website www.BidOrr.com. Vehicles will be available for prior inspection. Typical units include light and heavy duty pickups, passenger cars, multi passenger vehicles and dump truck/ snow plow trucks and more.
