An Independent Appraiser looked at each firearm and made comments pertaining to the condition of each firearm. Neither Pifer’s, the seller nor the appraiser are guaranteeing the condition of each firearm. All firearms are “sold as is” and buyer (s) are encouraged to inspect all firearms before purchasing. If you plan to purchase a firearm you must be 21 years of age or older, be a US resident and have a government issued photo ID. All successful bidders who purchase a firearm will be subject to a background check. Background checks will take a minimum of 15 minutes per person so please plan accordingly. A 7% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases. A $20 processing fee will be charged to all firearm buyers onsite and a $50 processing fee if purchased online. If a firearm needs to be shipped the buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs, which will be $25 per firearm. Neither Pifer’s nor the sellers are responsible for the purchased items once they are sold. Buyer(s) agree to hold Pifer’s and sellers harmless and are not responsible for accidents. All items must be paid for in full prior to the background process and you must be approved before you will be able to take your item(s) with you. All purchases are made in U.S. dollars. All non U.S. citizens must use a U.S. based bank to clear all funds for full payment. All statements made at the auction take precedence over all printed materials. All absentee bidders are encouraged to leave bids with auction personnel because of volatile cell phone coverage. To ensure bidding accuracy and guarantee your bid is placed, we encourage you to attend the auction in person if you are able.
