Auctioneers Note: Duane and Nancy have retired from farming for health reasons and offer some very quality item for sale. All merchandise has been shedded and is in excellent condition. The house and buildings site is in excellent condition will make a great hobby farm for the buyer.
Reserving unto sellers all mineral rights. The day of sale 10% down and the balance in 30 days. Open house at the home site will be June 7th, from 2 to 4 PM. The house and land will sell at 1:00 pm and the large machinery thereafter.
