ONLINE/PHONE BIDDERS: A 5% buyer’s premium will apply to all online and over the phone purchases, not to exceed $1000 per successful lot. Timed Online Only Auctions will begin to close at the time specified for each individual auction. These are considered “Soft Staggered Closings” and the auction will close at a rate of 2 items every 2 minutes. Each lot may remain open until no bids are placed within the last 5 minutes. Each bid placed within the last 5 minutes will extend the bidding to 5 minutes. A bid must survive the final 5-minute timer to be declared successful.
Pifer’s Auctioneers reserves the right to alter or change the closing process at its discretion. Once the auction is over and a winning bidder is declared, the buyer assumes all responsibility for that item. “as is, where is” . Bidders are responsible for assessing item condition prior to placing a bid. We strongly recommend personal inspection of items prior to bidding. Purchaser buys entirely on his own examination. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him of all material facts before placing a bid. All sales are final. No refunds given.
Method of Payment:
Cash, or personal and business checks will also be accepted with proper ID. We do NOT accept credit or debit cards.
Pickup-Settlement Times & Location:
No Auction Day Pickup or Settlement. Pickup and settlement Wed. Nov. 30, & Thur. Dec. 1 From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Fri. Dec. 2 & Sat. Dec 3 From 8:00 to 12:00 Noon. Please keep these times in mind Prior to bidding. Thank you!
Shipping:
Firearms can be shipped to FFL Dealer at a cost of $75 per gun. We do not ship ammo. All other items will be billed to include shipping and handling. We encourage personal pickup.
Final Removal: All items must be removed within 7 business days or items will be forfeited. All FFL laws will be strictly adhered to.
