Driving Directions:  From Lemmon, SD (Parcel 1): Drive north on 23rd St SE/Watman Rd for 18 miles to 14th Ave NE. Then drive east 3 miles on 14th to 26th St NE. From this intersection, take the section line north 1 mile and west ½ mile to the NE corner of the property.
