Driving Directions:  Parcel 1: From Evergreen, MN (intersection of County Rd 41 and Hwy 87) drive east on Hwy 87 for 1 mile to 460th Ave, then turn left and drive north on 460th for 1 mile.  This will put you at the NW corner of parcel 1.  Parcel 2: From Evergreen, MN (intersection of County Rd 41 and Hwy 87) drive east on Hwy 87 for 1.6 miles. The property will be on the south side of the highway, and you will be at the NE corner of parcel 2.
