Steffes Group is a licensed FFL holder and all BATF rules will be followed. Purchaser will be required to pass the federally mandated background check or have current North Dakota carry permit. A $25 firearms transfer fee applies to each non-FFL licensee firearm purchaser. NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE for firearms, they must be picked up at the Steffes Group facility in West Fargo, ND.
