Auctioneer’s note: Norm was a military veteran who was stationed throughout the USA and overseas.  He made his home in

                                  Bottineau where he was Mayor of the city.  His wife, Verdy, owned and operated Larson’s Casuals for many

                                 years.  There are a lot of interesting collectibles and unique items at this auction.  Come early and check the

2015 taxes will be pro-rated at date of closing; 2013 taxes were $723.43

Seller will provide updated Abstract of Title & Warranty Deed

Winning bidder will provide 10% (ten percent) of bid amount as                IRREVOCABLE earnest money; balance due at closing to be within 30 days of date of auction.  If seller fails to close, the earnest money will be refunded.  If Buyer fails to close for any reason within the specified time, Seller will retain earnest money as liquidated damages.  SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
