The top 7 bidders will be invited to a private oral auction to be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Lisbon, ND at a location to be determined.

Terms: 15% Down Payment due day of auction with remainder due at closing on or before July 10, 2015. Seller will provide a Warranty Deed. Statements made sale day take precedence over all previous printed material or statements.
