• (5) 16000 gal liquid fert tanks and dock height storage shed (at least 2 tanks are salvage metal only)

OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING ELEVATORS & STRUCTURES: 

***        Buyers of elevator & bin structures must agree to assume Railroad leases and pay annual lease fees during their tenure on the property and/ or remove all existing facilities in accordance with RR agreement and then cancel lease(s). 

 

***        Railroad service through Northern Plains Railway is currently active, however seller and auctioneer can make no guarantee or warranty that the use or existence of rail service to the buyer(s) will exist or continue under new ownership. 

***        Interested parties may contact Canadian Pacific Railway at 612-851-5622 for more lease information. 

***        Lease amounts and property taxes are subject to reconstitution under new ownership. 

***        Seller has grain stored in some of the facilities which will be removed by a mutually agreed upon timeframe. 

***        There are some records, organized salvage and debris in west quonset and elevator that will be removed upon sale of facilities.  

***        Test equipment can be inspected in east elevator office. 

***        Propane tanks are leased and do not belong to Seller.  

***        ALL FACILITIES SELL AS IS.  Seller and auctioneer make no representation as to condition, warranty, useful remaining life or warrant any use or specific purpose of or for any of these facilities or items.  All Items and Facilities sell “AS IS, WHERE IS” no warranty express or implied.  Seller and Auctioneer hereby state it is imperative that all buyers make their own personal inspection or recommend a 3^rd party commercial inspection of these facilities.
