The 8,000 Sq. ft. sale barn was built in the 1960’s and has been meticulously maintained and updated with high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi on site. The sales ring has a seating capacity of 200+ and the onsite lunch kitchen seats 35. The Cardinal weigh scale features a 15’x34’ deck with 40,000 lb. capacity.

 

The sale barn is heated by propane and electric heat and is surrounded by 105 buyer pens, 44 seller Pens (18 Large), with a total holding capacity of 3,500 – 4,000 head. There is an onsite vet shack and the floors are concrete and grooved to reduce slipping.

 

All furniture, fixtures & equipment is included as well as sale barn software “Sale Day Auction Market System” by Sargent Communications.

 

There is an additional storage/maintenance building available to rent adjacent to the sale barn. All rolling stock and hay are excluded.
